English in IT

Die IT-Welt kommuniziert auf Englisch — in Dokumentationen, Tickets, Meetings und Slack-Kanälen rund um den Globus. Dieser Workshop gibt IT-Fachkräften auf B1-Niveau die sprachliche Sicherheit, die sie brauchen, um in internationalen Teams professionell mitzuwirken: klar, präzise und ohne unnötige Hürden.

Praxisorientierte Übungen mit authentischen IT-Texten und typischen Kommunikationssituationen aus dem Arbeitsalltag von IT-Teams. Der Unterricht findet auf Englisch statt, mit deutschsprachiger Unterstützung wo nötig.

IT vocabulary for common tools, processes and environments, writing clear bug reports, tickets and technical documentation in English, communicating in international agile and dev team settings, understanding and writing technical emails and Slack messages, basic vocabulary for IT support and user communication, reading and interpreting English-language documentation and specifications.
